WRR’s Picnic in the Park at the Dallas Arboretum

It’s the 15th annual WRR Picnic in the Park this Sunday! Bring your picnic dinner, wine, blanket and listen to the sounds of the Dallas Wind Symphony.

Artist David Mcculough will be on stage painting while the Symphony performs. The painting will be available for purchase after the show. David’s work is currently on display at HCG Gallery on Dragon St. in Dallas.

Following the performance will be a screening of ET the Extra-Terrestrial presented by the Dallas Film Society.

This year you will need a ticket to get in to Picnic in the Park. Tickets are available through WRR’s website.  You will have to go to one of their sponsored locations to pick up tickets. It’s a little unclear on their website who has tickets and how many are left. I did email WRR and maybe iliveindallas can score tickets for you.

What do you say we all get together and drink some wine at the Arboretum this Sunday?
