The Ultraviolet Rock Show at Club Dada Benefits Cystic Fibrosis

ulv1cd_lg7 bands and a silent auction featuring orginal Dallas artwork was good enough for me.

Couple that with a vintage photo booth and silk screening and I will share this with my friends.

Then say proceeds support research to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis and I’m telling all of Dallas.

Saturday, May 9th is the 3rd annual Ultraviolet Rock Show and Art Auction at Club Dada in Deep Ellum. Funds from the show will be donated to the CF Foundation, where $0.90 of every dollar goes back to finding a cure.

Who is Team UltraViolet? Team UltraViolet will participate in Great Strides on May 16th, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s largest and most successful national fund-raising event. Violet was diagnosed with CF at 15mo. old in November of 2006. Her parents have organized these annual events with the “specific goal of raising funds to support research to find a cure for cystic fibrosis.” The first year they raised over $8,000 and last year over $13,000.

Their goal is to raise $10,000 and have raised $6,900 so far! There are 4 ways YOU can help them reach their goal before the Great Strides walk on May 16th:

1. Make it over to Club Dada on Saturday from 8pm – midnight and give a donation. Oh, yea, and stay for the party. Cash only at the door ($7). Cash, check and credit card will be accepted for the silent auction.

2. Order the Ultraviolet Benefit CD. All proceeds go directly to the CFF.

3. Donate directly to Team UltraViolet.

4. If you’re an artist and have original work you would like to donate to the auction, contact Ange Fitzgerald at angelina.fitzgerald@gmail.
