The Texas Veggie Fair  in Dallas is a Texas-sized vegetable and sustainable living celebration that promotes a plant-based lifestyle for all. The one-day event features veggie samples from local farmers, chef-led demonstrations on cooking healthy at home, unique arts and crafts, yoga sessions, produce seminars, contests, craft beer and live musical performances from nationally touring acts and homegrown talent.

With the recent change in weather, biking/jogging/walking to the fair via the Katy Trail is a wonderful way to get a little exercise and make for easy access to the fair. The Katy Trail runs directly into Reverchon Park and will put any hassle of driving to rest! The event is also dog and kid-friendly and features hands-on activities for the little revelers.

FREE! However donations are encouraged to help keep the event free of charge. Food, beer and products will all be for sale. Some vendors will take cards, others cash only. There will be an ATM on site but bringing cash is recommended.
