The 9th Annual Taste of Grand Prairie and Community Spotlight will take place next Thursday. Hosted by the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce, their purpose is to educate the community about local companies and the many products and services available to them. This event will highlight and promote local businesses both community and chamber wide, in and around Grand Prairie.

This year’s event will include over fifty booths, including individual crafters, restaurants and business booths. Head out to see and taste the best of the community. There will also be a public silent auction and LOTS of door prizes.

Seniors Hour will be from 4-5 p.m., during which time senior citizens (age 55 and up) can enjoy preferred parking and seating, and a leisurely stroll through the event before the general public arrives. Family packs are available, which consist of 2 Adult Tickets and 2 either Senior or Student tickets for $25.00, a savings of $5.00! Also, they are offering Unlimited Rides Wristbands for $5!
