A project, over one and a half years in the making, finally came to fruition over this week between Dallas’ own Deep Ellum Brewing Company and Jameson Irish Whiskey. Â The result can only be described in its name, the Local Legend. Over the last few years, the Jameson distillers were searching across America for like-minded […]
FINALLY, August 6th — it’s on Dallas! Indulge in some of the best food fare Dallas has to offer, all in benefit of a great cause.
Everyone knows about beer dinners and the pairing of the bitter, roasty, fruity, sweeter flavors and aromas of beer and melding them together with the savory characteristics of heavy meaty dishes and the more delicate flavors of vegetables and fish. While the brewery line up has not been announced yet, this year’s music festival will include the likes of The Lone Bellow, Big Data, and local band Telegraph Canyon. Festival organizer, Spune Productions, boasts that over 70 breweries with over 250 beers will be there touting both local and national breweries.
