Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival was born with the goal to bring a dynamic, unique event to Downtown Tyler, Texas, that encompasses two things we love about the Lone Star State — barbecue and live music. Barbecue. No other state does BBQ like Texas. It’s an area where we Texans hold an immense amount of pride — yes, we’re snobs, and we’re proud of it.

Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival brings in the most celebrated barbecue joints from all over Texas for attendees to sample each one, experiencing the various flavors and methods from the state’s legendary restaurants.
Music. There’s no scene like you’ll find in Texas and Red Dirt Music. Some of the biggest names in the genre, as well as up-and-coming stars, have taken the Red Dirt stage, including Randy Rogers Band, The Turnpike Troubadours, Cody Johnson, Josh Abbott Band, Whiskey Myers, Wade Bowen, William Clark Green, JB and the Moonshine Band, Stoney LaRue and many more.
