Peace, Hope, and Butterflies 2012 Festival Benefitting Children’s Medical Center
Sometimes, after a long week of being an adult and dealing with our own issues, the best therapy is to just act like a kid. And what’s even better than getting to act like a kid– acting like a kid for a good cause!
The Miracle Players Foundation for its second year is hosting their annual Peace, Hope, & Butterflies family fun festival and butterfly release. All proceeds from the event will benefit childhood cancer research at Children Medical Center of Dallas’ Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. Their goal is to raise $100,000 with the help of generous sponsors including the Children’s Medical Center, Plan B PR, Innergy Fitness, Audi Dallas, and Mark Oristano Photography. Festivities include a petting zoo, bounce house, rock climbing, face painting, and live entertainment. You will also have the opportunity to witness the mass release of butterflies by area childhood cancer patients.
Don’t miss out on this fun-filled day for a great cause…and don’t forget to bring your kids!
