About Granada Theater
Granada Theater has been a landmark on Lower Greenville since 1946. Originally constructed as a movie theater, the multi-tiered venue still holds true to its vintage appeal with the old fashioned grande marquee and the original decor still in place. Granada is independently owned and operated by CD World entrepreneur Mike Schoder.
The  venue can hold 50 to 1,000 people making it a small and intimate place to enjoy your favorite bands. They even handle their own ticketing, so the theater, bands and fans don’t get screwed out of transaction fees. Granada is a Dallas staple for national and local independent music artists, from country politicians to Euro electronics. Dallas has voted Granada the Best Live Music Venue by the Dallas Observer in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
