The SEARCH Foundation is proud to celebrate its 15th anniversary with a one-of-a-kind fundraising event on Friday, August 3, 2012 from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. in the Dallas Design District at eM the Venue.

In SEARCH of Style will bring together hundreds of the world’s most talented event professionals from across the globe to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. To honor industry professionals and raise funds for those in need, the SEARCH Foundation will be throwing the event of the year, featuring an incredible lineup of local artists, musicians and fashion designers coordinated by award-winning event producer J. Damany Daniel. Confirmed designers include Dallas natives Ashlee Brooks, Lindsay Weatherread, Mario Gallegos and Yasmina Johnston.

Guests will experience a runway show featuring local Texas designers and a highly anticipated fashion challenge, coined “Fashion of the Fittest.” Immediately following the runway show, each of the five local designers will be asked to create “something out of nothing,” in just 45 minutes. After revealing the “secret ingredient” of the night, designers will be asked to work alongside a stylist and makeup artist to create a never before seen look, using only the tools and supplies they are provided. At the conclusion of the challenge, these never before seen looks will be debuted on-stage for In SEARCH of Style attendees.

To top off the night, there will be an interactive art demonstration by members of the local artist’s collective ArtLoveMagic, as two DJs battle live on-stage. This incredible event will help raise funds for the SEARCH Foundation, enabling them to continue to assist event professionals in times of crisis.
