Now to prepare the chutney for Corn-cheese Dosa, take green chilli, coriander leaves, tomato and salt in a mixer jar. चावल और चना दाल को साफ पानी से अच्छी तरह धो लें। फिर दोनों सामग्री को एक गहरे बर्तन में पानी भरकर 4 घंटे के लिए पानी में भिगो दें।, चार घंटों के बाद भीगे हुए चावल और चना दाल को फिर से साफ पानी से अच्छी तरह धो लें।, अब भीगे हुए चावल और चना दाल को एक मिक्सर जार में को डालें और एकदम बारीक पेस्ट सा बनाने के लिए पीस लें। (यदि आवश्यकता हो, तो सामग्री को पीसते समय 2-3 बड़ा चम्मच पानी डाल लें।) चावल और चना दाल के इस बारीक पेस्ट को एक बड़े मिश्रण कटोरे में निकाल लें।, अब इस पेस्ट में 1/2 छोटी चम्मच नमक डालें। अच्छी तरह मिक्स करें और याद रखें कि डोसा के घोल या बैटर मध्यम गाढा होना चाहिए। यह स्थिरता में न तो बहुत मोटा और न ही बहुत पतला होना चाहिए। यदि आवश्यकता हो, तो मैसूर मसाला डोसा के घोल या बैटर में 1-2 बड़ा चम्मच पानी डालें और अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं।, अब कार्न-चीज़ डोसा के लिए चटनी तैयार करने के लिए, एक मिक्सर जार में हरी मिर्च, धनिया पत्ते, टमाटर और नमक डालें। सामग्री को पीस कर एक बारीक पेस्ट बना लें। आपकी कार्न-चीज़ डोसा की चटनी तैयार है।, अब एक टमाटर लें और इसके अन्दर से बीज हटा कर निकाल दें।, अब एक फ्राइंग-पैम गरम करें और इसमें 1 बड़ा चम्मच रिफाइंड तेल डालें।, जब रिफाइंड तेल पर्याप्त गरम होजाए तो उसमें 1/2 कटा हुआ प्याज डालें। प्याज को रंग में सुनहरा लाल होने तक भूनें।, फिर फ्राइंग पैन में मकई के दानें डालें और इन्हें बाकि सामग्री के साथ पका लें। मकई के दानों को भी रंग बदलने तक भूनें।, अब इस सामग्री में नमक और 1/2 चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर डालें। अच्छी तरह मिलाएं और 1 मिनट के लिए सामग्री को एक साथ पकने दें और फिर गैस बंद करें।, अब एक नॉन-स्टिक पैन गरम करें और इस पर 1/2 चम्मच रिफाइंड तेल डालकर अच्छे से फैला दें। नॉन-स्टिक पैन पर रिफाइंड तेल फैलाने केलिए सिलिकॉन ब्रश या साफ कपड़े या टिशु पेपर का उपयोग करें।, जब नॉन-स्टिक पैन पर्याप्त गर्म होता है तो आँच को एकदम  कम कर दें। फ्राइंग पैन पर पानी छिड़कें और एक साफ कपड़े के साथ पोछ दें।, इस घोल को कल्छी के पिछले हिस्से से पतला और गोल आकार में फैला लें।, अब डोसे के ऊपर मकई और प्याज के मिश्रण की एक परत फैलाएं। ईसके ऊपर थोड़ा बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज, टमाटर और धनिया के पत्ते डालें।, फिर इस पर कद्दू-कस किया हुआ चीज़ डालें और फैलाएं। उस पर थोड़ा काली मिर्च पाउडर छिड़कें और चीज़ को पिघलनें दें।, जब चीज़ पिघलना शुरू होजाए तो डोसा के किनारों को उठा कर अन्दर की तरफ मोड़ दें (जैसा कि नीचे की छवियों में दिखाया गया है)। आपका कार्न-चीज़ डोसा तैयार है, इसे गरमा-गरम चटनी के साथ परोसें।. 4.
