Savor Gastropub recently announced its new Happy Hour Concept: “Expressions of the Vine.” The basic glass of happy hour wine has taken “flight” and will take guests on a tour of some of the most prestigious vineyards in the world.

Expressions of the Vine will feature five different Wine Varietals (i.e. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, etc.) expressed in three wines per varietal. The flights will be brought table side in a unique iron wine carrier, placed atop a “wine map.”

This unique “wine map” will showcase the characteristics of the wine, label, flavor profile, and map of the region from which the wine originates.

Savor, Klyde Warren Park’s main restaurant, is a modern gastropub located in the 5.2-acre deck park. Executive Chef John Coleman, a 23-year veteran chef, aims to serve simply prepared, fresh food sourced from top purveyors, offering diners a vibrant combination of flavors.

The restaurant provides a chef-driven menu with shared plates in order to combine beloved pub fare with a modern twist. A firm believer that food is social, Coleman aims to provide excellent food that draws people together to enjoy an overall amazing experience in the one-of-a-kind downtown green space.
