There’s an Art Party in Deep Ellum this Thursday night where art meets fashion. See some of the best fashion designers, makeup & hair artists, and visual artists in the Metroplex. It’s been said this is going to be one of the biggest and most creative parties of the year…. I guess we’ll have to show up to find out!

The idea is simple: Every day we are surrounded by art that we often miss because we’re so busy. It’s with us when we wake up or walk to work, around us when we talk to friends and enjoy great meals. It’s literally everywhere. Art Party is about opening our eyes to the art that exists in our everyday happenings.

Our friends at La Mode Dallas are working with a host of local fashion designers, hair stylists, makeup artists, and visual artists to create an innovative and engaging runway show featuring some of the most creative and fun styles to grace any catwalk around the world. In addition, we’ll have a live art show produced by ArtLoveMagic, beats and a rocking dance floor from DJ Jason Esquire, and a performance from local musician Kirk Thurmond.

Art Party is hosted by DFW’s Eventbrite event evangelist, Damany Daniel, and the Fashion Magazine, La Mode Dallas. The event is open to anyone, you just need to buy your ticket online before they sell out!

Tickets are $15 in advance/$20 at the door, and with a portion of the proceeds benefiting a local organization using arts to raise awareness around issues here and abroad, Today Marks the Beginning. Yep, that’s pretty awesome.
