Get Out of the Doghouse This Weekend at Dog Bowl in Fair Park
Do you ever wonder what your dogs do at home all day while you’re gone? Probably mope around missing you, right? If you’re feeling some remorse about leaving your four-legged friend at home all day while you work, there’s no better reason to spoil them this Sunday at the ninth annual Dog Bowl.
Held at Cotton Bowl Stadium by the Friends of Fair Park, your BFF will go HAM for all the doggy treats and activities that this event has to offer. Enter the pet/owner lookalike contest, take a pooch portrait, and talk to trainers, veterinarians, and pet product vendors. Let your dog cool off in giant “dip and sip†splash bowls and misting ponds while you enjoy a sip of your own (beer). Ah, the good life.
A pet owner’s dream come true, Suzie’s CBD Treats make it easy to give give your pet the relief they need from aches and pains.
Best of all, admission is free! The City of Dallas does charge $10 for parking at Fair Park, but you can ride the DART Rail Green Line to the Fair Park Station if you take your dog in a crate. So get out, grab your best bud and don’t forget to mimic your dog’s haircut (or vice versa). That look-alike contest is all yours.
