Dallas International Festival 2013 Celebrates May 25th at Fair Park

DFW International Community Alliance presents the Dallas International Festival 2013, Saturday, May 25, 2013,  from 10 am – 8 pm in the Centennial Building at Fair Park.  Dallas International Festival is an International Bazaar with more than 100 booths, a Global Cuisines Pavilion, a Parade of Nations, a Passport to Adventure game, the Unity Garden, the Childrens Discovery Center, and demos by Master Chefs, along with a Global Drum Circle.

The Dallas international Festival 2013 will feature nearly 80 performing arts groups on three stages, and some of North Texas’ finest global performers.

About Dallas International Festival

Between 1996 and 2013 DFW International Community Alliance organized the annual Dallas International Festival in a variety of Dallas venues, including the Meyerson Symphony Center, the Dallas Arts District and the Majestic Theater. This year, the festival continues to show the international face of the North Texas region, and is expected to attract nearly 30,000 people to the celebration of more than eighty-five cultures from across the DFW area.

DFW International Community Alliance serves as the portal for global North Texas, a network of 1,600 of the regions ethnic and internationally-focused civic, community and educational organizations. Its mission is to build mutual understanding and respect by linking diverse international cultural communities.
