Copyblogger.com, #1 Power Blogger on Ad Age’s Top 150 to Address DFWSEM

Hey friends, it’s Neil, Co-Founder of ILiveInDallas.com.  I wanted to the take the opportunity to make you aware of an event in-which we as a city are fortunate to host.  From a personal point of view, I’ve been an avid reader of Brian Clark’s blog, Copyblogger.com, since 2007.  His content really cuts through the noise. Being a student of success, I have followed Brian’s effectively communicated audience-building and writing advice over the years to increase the quality and reach of my own, as well as learn to cultivate the heart of a teacher by providing immense value.

To give you a little backgroud, Brian Clark is ranked #1 in the AdAge Power 150 list of marketing blogs. He’ll be visiting the DFW Search Engine Marketing Association on February 16 at 6:30PM at the Renaissance Hotel In Richardson, to discuss the role of content marketing with a specific focus on SEO copywriting. This presentation is a must-attend event for copywriters, bloggers, Internet Marketing pros, and anyone involved in search and social media in Dallas.

Don’t let the word “marketing” fool you. What he does is teach  you how to write magnetic copy, and a frame of mind, which can achieve anything  using the written word. If you’re wanting to influence the world (business, personal, non-profit) and make any sort of a difference, you have to be able to communicate your ideas succinctly, powerfully, and persuasively. This is what Brian teaches.

You can registrar for the event at http://dfwsem.memberlodge.org. The cost is free to members and $35 for non-members.  Pre-registration is required for all attendees.

Brian Clark started Copyblogger.com in 2006 and quickly gained a world-wide following for his in-depth authoritative approach to copywriting and online marketing. Brian gives keynote lectures at some of the most well-respected conferences for bloggers and Internet professionals  in the world including PubCon, BlogWorld and Affiliate Summit. He is followed by more than 68,000 people on Twitter, over 130,000 RSS readers and 500,000 visitors to the site per month.

As the CEO of Copyblogger Media, Brian is directly responsible for the growth and direction of numerous online applications and media assets including StudioPress, Scribe SEO, Teaching Sells, Third Tribe and the soon to be announced Premise application.

Join  Brian and I at the DFWSEM meeting on February 16 at 6:30PM at the Renaissance Hotel In Richardson and hear from one of the true luminaries on the Internet period.

I’m a member and board member of the DFWSEM because it’s an incredible organization which brings people of  Brian’s caliber right here to Dallas.  If you work on the Internet, in social media, marketing, PR, or are a business owner who wants to learn strategies on attracting traffic and more customers, I would highly suggest joining as well.
