Ring in the Year of the Rat at NorthPark Center, Saturday. The Chinese New Year celebration, presented by the Crow Museum of Asian Art of The University of Texas at Dallas, kicks off at 11 a.m. with a full day of activities including dragon and lion dances, martial-art demos, art-making, wellness activities, cultural performances and retail specials and giveaways throughout the Center.
