2011 Annual BrewRiot & Homebrew Competition in Bishop Arts
The 3rd annual BrewRiot and Homebrew competition takes place in the historic Bishop Arts District on May 22, from 4-8pm. Local homebrewers compete in the streets showcasing their craft brews alongside live music, games, and more. Several regional microbrewies will also be on hand sampling their wares and answering questions. Adding to the Brewriot this year is a Backyard Burger Throw-down competition, and a live performance by The King Bucks. Bring your IDs. Kids and pets are welcome.

Annual Home Brew Riot Festival in Bishop Arts District
The Bishop Arts District will be closing down North Bishop Avenue this Saturday, June 12th, for the Second Annual Brew Riot Festival. From 6pm to 10pm, taste free samples from 11 homebrewers (like Nasty Nelly’s Strange Brew, MyBlock Miabock, or Mind the GAP Mild) and beers from 9 microbreweries.
