Try Your Luck at North Texas Irish Festival This March
The music, the dancing the cultural talent, education and family-friendly atmosphere is all found at the North Texas Irish Festival, which returns March 2-4, 2018, to Dallas’s Fair Park. One of the largest Irish festivals in the U.S., the North Texas Irish Festival celebrates the amazing music, dance,
and cultural talent in the beautiful, rich tradition of Irish and other Celtic influences. Tens of thousands of fans (Irish and Irish-for- a-day alike!) will converge upon Fair Park to enjoy top musicians and dancers from around the world and a number of cultural presentations on 13 stages at Fair Park. The event is presented by the Southwest Celtic Music Association, an all-volunteer, non-profit association based in Dallas that fosters the great tradition of Irish culture in North Texas. Music, dancing, whiskey tastings, blacksmithing demonstrations, horse displays, Celtic storytelling, animal rescue groups, Shepherd’s pie, Irish stew, dozens of activities for kids and child-friendly entertainment, and chef demonstrations will comprise a weekend of fun for fans of all ages.

13 Pizza Perfect Scenes From Zoli’s in Addison
I recently attended a media dinner for Zoli’s. Yes, that Zoli’s – the one that had to leave Oak Cliff because of gentrification. Their new spot in Addison is something to behold. Jay Jerrier, Zoli’s owner, liked the article enough to share on his own personal Facebook page. Oh course, you never know with him, he shares negative Yelp! reviews, only to mock the writer’s misguided discernment of pizza styles or desire for Ranch dressing.
Since ILiveInDallas.com sent me in their proxy to the media preview/tasting, I wanted to share the photographic love. Feast your eyes!
