Steinfest is an Oktoberfest-style event hosted by the Historic Downtown Plano Association that celebrates outstanding beer, great food and the right kind of polka music to get you and your friends dancing in the street.

This event includes the finest beer, German-inspired cuisine, live music, an artist village of craftsman and makers, a wiener dog fashion show, keg bowling, a kid’s zone and the Whole Foods Market VIP bier garden.

Deep within the Ouachita Mountains, in what Native Americans have named the Valley of the Vapors, amidst turn-of-the-century bathhouses and on the doorstep of a national park lies the unforgettable spa city of Hot Springs, Arkansas, host to North America’s oldest all-documentary film festival. The Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival will celebrate its 27th Anniversary October 19-27th at the historic Arlington Hotel in downtown Hot Springs.

Muenster Oktoberfest Brews Up Culture and Fun October 6th-7th

Oktoberfest is coming to Muenster on Saturday and Sunday, October 6 & 7, 2018. This indoor festival will be held in our new 60,000 sq. ft. German Heritage Pavilion. The Muenster Oktoberfest will provide a taste of Germany right here in North Texas with German food vendors, and of course, great German beer. You will find quality arts and craft vendors many with German items for sale. Bring your dancing shoes because we will have entertainment all day long with a variety of Polka, Jazz and live bands. The festivities begin with music, food and contests. The official taping of the Oktoberfest keg will be Saturday at 12:00 p.m. There will be Wiener Dog Races on Sunday, and traditional German dancers will entertain and educate the crowd with performances throughout the day. Fun for the whole family!
