The Kim Dawson Agency

While Dallas-based Kim Dawson has been a nationally-recognized agency representing models for more than 50 years, some may not realize they have provided talent for some great films over the years. The agency founder, Kim Dawson, was one of the founders of the now famous actor workshops, KD Studio. Recording stars Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato, as well as actors Angie Harmon of Rizzoli & Isles, Thomas Mann of Me, Earl and the Dying Girl, Chace Crawford of Blood & Oil, and Jensen Ackles of Supernatural were all discovered by Kim Dawson.

The Campbell Agency has been around for over 25 years, and employs some of the most recognizable names in the Dallas film community. Bridgette Poe, the agency’s On Camera Agent, is perennial contributor to the Dallas International Film Festival.

Linda Mcalister Talent

Founded in 1994 by Linda Mcalister, who was one of the six creators of the Texas Motion Picture Alliance, the agency has offices in both Dallas and Los Angeles. The agency has cast actors in major films and commercials. Giovannie Cruz was recently cast in USA’s Queen of the South.

The agency has been in business for over over 25 years, and is now one of the largest talent agencies in the southwestern United States.
