AT&T Byron Nelson Announces Early Commitments & Entertainment Lineup for 2016 Tournament

att-bryon-nelsonThe AT&T Byron Nelson will be held May 16-22, 2016 at the TPC Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas in Las Colinas and the tournament’s early commitments hint at another stellar field for 2016. Some of the world’s top golfers have already committed to play, including defending champion Steven Bowditch, hometown hero and world-ranked #1 Jordan Spieth, along with world-ranked #3 and reigning PGA Champion Jason Day, Matt Kuchar, Jimmy Walker, Brandt Snedeker, Dustin Johnson, Keegan Bradley and Jason Dufner.

Once again, the tournament will have something for all ages – from live concerts in the Pavilion to kid-friendly activities throughout the week. Highlights include:

Youth Clinic | Tuesday, May 17 | TPC Four Seasons Practice Facilities
The Youth Clinic, hosted by Jordan Spieth, is a free event, open to the public and specially designed to provide great family fun. The crowd will be entertained with trick golf shots, tips and long drives, as well as free treats and prizes.

Pavilion After Dark Series | After Play, Friday, May 20 – Sunday May, 22 | Champions Way 
The Pavilion is the hottest social spot in town in May, both during and after play. Free concerts will be provided nightly starting on Friday and ending Sunday after play. This year’s artists are Texas singer-songwriter Hudson Moore, the Limelight Band and Grammy nominated, platinum selling recording artist David Nail.

AT&T Digital Clubhouse | 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday, May 19 – Sunday, May 22 | Behind #1 Green
The tournament’s title sponsor, AT&T, invites fans to demo the latest AT&T products and services, take the “It Can Wait” pledge and interact with AT&T’s digital wall featuring a mix of golf and social elements.

KidsZone Presented by Baylor Emergency Medical Centers | 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday, May 19 – Sunday, May 22 | Fairway of Hole No. 1
Kids 13 and younger can enjoy bounce houses, arts and crafts, putt-putt and more in this air-conditioned, family-friendly oasis.

Free Admission and Autograph Zone for Kids 
Children ages 17 and younger receive free admission to the tournament throughout the week. They also have access to the Autograph Zone, where they can get autographs from their favorite PGA TOUR pros.

Military Appreciation at the AT&T Byron Nelson
Two complimentary tickets are available for all active, reserved or retired military personnel Thursday through Sunday of the AT&T Byron Nelson. Military personnel are invited to gather, meet, exchange stories, relax and watch the tournament on the 18th green at the Patriots’ Outpost presented by Seal Legacy Foundation.

PGA TOUR Volunteer Challenge
