The 4^th Annual Hollywood Art In The Park is a free admission outdoor marketplace featuring talented local and regional visual, culinary, and gift artists and craftspeople.  The variety of artisans will surely satisfy even the most discerning shopper.  Some of the best food and dessert trucks in Dallas will compliment the rich array of handmade goods, children’s activities, and live music.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, April 26^th from 12:00 to 5:00 pm at Lindsley Park in the Hollywood/Santa Monica neighborhood in the heart of East Dallas.  Hollywood Art In The Park is held annually in partnership with the two-day Hollywood Home Tour, a charitable event supporting local schools:  Lumin Lindsley Park Community School; Eduardo Mata Elementary School; and J.L. The belief that the arts and education are indelibly linked is central to the Hollywood Art In The Park mission.  They strive to adhere to a purist standard of original and handmade goods as a reflection of the importance we place in this belief; they wish to promote practitioners of the arts and provide a platform for those who patronize them.  A portion of funds raised is funneled directly to local schools, in order to help perpetuate the cycle of the arts/education relationship.

The Hollywood Home Tour hosts approximately 1,000 visitors each year, with the heaviest traffic on Sunday. Many visitors purchase their tickets at the park and also use that opportunity to shop and dine.
