III Forks, a favorite steakhouse by many of us in Dallas, is rarely open for lunch.  However this Easter, the restaurant will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

III Forks will offer its Easter Menu exclusively at lunch and will also offer both the Easter Menu and the regular dinner menu that evening from 4 p.m. until close. The four-course Easter meal is $48 for adults and $17 for children,

First Course

Asparagus Soup: fresh tender stalks simmered with thyme in rich chicken broth and puréed

Second Course

III Forks Salad: The signature salad prepared with crispy green apple slices, Wisconsin blue cheese, toasted pecans and field greens with our housemade maple-walnut vinaigrette

 Steakhouse Wedge Salad: baby iceberg lettuce, ripe tomatoes, pecan smoked bacon and Wisconsin blue cheese

Entrée Choice

Aged Midwestern Beef Tenderloin: slow-roasted and sliced in Worcestershire demi-glace

 Pan-Seared East Georges Bank Flounder: blood oranges, fennel pollen and basil-hazelnut pearl couscous

Texas Hill Country Capra Lamb Mixed Grill: lamb chop and loin chop with pomegranate-black olive relish (pictured below)

Saute Chicken Fedora: tender panéed chicken breast with rock shrimp and artichokes in champagne cream

 

Dessert Choice

Lemon Torte: with layers of lemon curd and fresh whipped cream

Strawberry Shortcake: in strawberry coulis with fresh whipped cream

Carrot Cake: spicy carrot cake filled with apple marmalade and vanilla cream cheese

Chocolate Mousse: rich Belgian chocolate with cream and blueberries
