TMS BBQ Showdown Races Back To DFW

The Texas Motor Speedway BBQ Showdown returns with $5,000 in cash prizes up for grabs during the May 2-4 Würth 400 NASCAR triple-header weekend.

Chef check-in will be Friday, May 2, with the judging taking place the following day. Turn-in times will be at Noon (chicken), 1:30 p.m. (ribs) and 3 p.m. (brisket). The judging location will be inside the white tent at the north entrance into the infield campground, directly across from the Turn 4 paddock on Allison Avenue near the North Tunnel.

The winners will be announced Sunday, May 4, on stage prior to the day’s main course – the Würth 400 presented by Liquid Moly NASCAR Cup Series race.

The entry fee is $500 and includes the following:

There will also be a separate winner-take-all brisket taco jackpot competition. Buy-in is an additional $20 and the winner will claim the full pot.
