Corrientes 348, a South American-based Argentinian Steakhouse,
will partner with Rosewood Ranches (Ennis, TX) to offer Wagyu beef as part of their menu during the restaurant’s Wagyu a la Parilla Event – Where Texas and Argentina Come Together, September 13-30, 2018.

Corrientes 348, located in the heart of downtown on Ross Avenue (where the Stephen Pyles eatery previously stood), opened their Dallas doors in 2017 (this is their only US location). The Argentinian Steakhouse, with five other locations in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, offers dining patrons a vast selection of prime meat cuts, traditional sides and fine wines. With
exceptional service and a welcoming setting, one can delight in their menu, specifically designed for sharing or family-style dining.

To celebrate the partnership with Rosewood Ranches, Corrientes 348 will host the Wagyu a la Parilla Event from September 13-30, 2018 at their downtown Dallas location. The event will boast a curated list of entrees available for lunch and dinner, each featuring Rosewood Ranches prime Wagyu beef meats, all cooked a la parilla, a traditional Argentinian grill. The Corrientes 348 chef
and a representative of Rosewood Ranches will be on hand for select dates and times, during this event, to provide guests with a glimpse of insight into how the meat is selected, prepared and served.
