From the organization that brought you the Ultimate Vision Board event, Boss Women Who Brunch is back with key insights for the corporate women of the Metroplex. The debut event “Corporate Women Unite: How to 9 and Thrive in Corporate” encourages the ‘Corporate Gal’ community to come together for a day full of inspiration and empowerment. From learning tips and tools presented by distinguished professionals to workshop stations helping polish up portfolios, there is an element for every gal.

“Corporate women often feel isolated with little information available to help them move from one position to the next,” Boss Women Who Brunch founder, Marty McDonald said.

After conducting a survey within the BWWB community, 80 percent of the audience who worked in a corporate environment did not know how to move up in their position from a manager to director. The event strives to break down these barriers by providing key resources, initiate and maintain an active community among corporate women in the DFW area and beyond. 

Headlining key speakers include CEO and President of Women’s Foodservice Forum, Hattie Hill, former President of Del Frisco’s Grille and C-Level Executive, Sarah McAloon, Senior Brand Manager at Sally’s Beauty, Mia Lawrence, and more. Each will speak on one of the five key topics of the event: (1) Tips on Negotiating, (2) Finding Your Voice, (3) How to Move from Manager to Director, (4) Being Your Authentic Self, and (5) Mindfulness Coach on Visualization. From ice breaker features to delicious food and other activities, attendees can create their master plan while sipping on mimosas.
