Flicks by Chicks Film Fest is an arm of Women in Film Dallas whose mission is to empower, promote and mentor women in film. Taking place Saturday, October 21st, the fest is a competitive, juried film festival that showcases short films from the finest female talent in Texas and from around the globe.

For years, Women in Film Dallas has made it their mission to empower, promote, and mentor aspiring female film and television production graduates and undergraduates in North Texas.

All films screening in FxCF have women in two or more of the following positions: director, writer, producer, director of photography, or editor. Take part in their luncheon, workshop, short films block, and after party to support female filmmakers all over the world.
