Gather Kitchen, the new favorite, quick and healthy place to grab food has launched a menu for the most important meal of the day, breakfast! While Gather Kitchen hasn’t been in Dallas for that long, it is already becoming a staple for people who want something guilt-free, fast, and on-the-go. Gather Kitchen’s menu already includes incredible bowls, and the breakfast menu will not disappoint. Available only during breakfast hours, the menu will feature a pick-a-breakfast-bowl option or a build your own breakfast bowl option.

Pick a bowl:

Norwegian Breakfast- sweet potato noodles, onions, smoked salmon, and free-range scrambled eggs

Mexican Breakfast- sweet potato noodles, black beans, bell peppers, onions, and cage-free breakfast chicken sausage

Vegan Breakfast- quinoa, mushrooms, caramelized onions, roasted tomatoes, and avocado

Bacon & Egg Breakfast- bacon, raw spinach, mushrooms, caramelized onions, and free range scrambled eggs

Build your own breakfast bowl:

Bases- sweet potato noodles, raw spinach, or quinoa

Proteins- bacon, cage-free chicken breakfast sausage, free-range
scrambled eggs, wild caught smoked salmon, or free-range scrambled egg whites

Toppings- bell peppers, mushrooms, caramelized onions, black beans, oven roasted tomatoes, herb roasted tomatoes, or avocado

Garnishes- jalapeños, toasted sesame seeds, toasted almonds, fresh basil, red pepper flakes, chopped scallions, fresh cilantro, toasted pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds

Breakfast hours are Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and Saturday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (select breakfast and lunch menu items available).
