The menu at each event includes: Huarache de Camaron y Chorizo; Cranberry Salad; Grouper topped with Alcachofas Vino Blano Sauce, served with Cilantro Lime Rice and Green Beans OR Pepper Corn Filet served with Green Beans and Potato Confit; and Lemon Blueberry Cake.
