The menu at each event includes: Fried Avocado with Aioli Sauce; Quinoa and Vegetable Soup; Filete with Pasilla Coca-Cola Sauce served with Asparagus and Mexican Corn; OR Crab Poblano Enchiladas topped with Chile de Arbol Sauce served with Asparagus and Mexican Corn; Rice Pudding with Conserva de Naranja.
