Dallas Summer Musicals - These musicals don’t just happen in the summer! In fact, Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer is expected to make his appearance there later this month along with several other musicals slated through the end of the year. Jump off at Fair Park Station.

Main Street Garden Park – Why should Klyde Warren Park get all the love? Main Street Garden is the perfect gathering place for downtown residents, employees, and visitors. Bounded by Main Street, Commerce Street, Harwood Street, and St. Paul Street, the park is equipped with Wi-Fi, a great lawn, toddler play area, dog run, fountains, City Park Cafe, and public art installations. Get off at St. Paul Station.

Dallas Children’s Theater – This acclaimed professional theater showcases performances just for kids and a number of education and outreach programs. After each show, kids can meet the actors for photos and autographs. It’s 10 – 12 city blocks, but it’s still walkable and worth it. Exit at White Rock Station and have your walking shoes on!

White Rock Lake – located approximately 5 miles northeast of downtown Dallas, White Rock Lake offers a variety of active and passive activity options and is one of the best places to experience natural areas and wildlife in an urban setting. Hop off at White Rock Station.

Dallas Heritage Village – is home to the largest and finest collection of 19th century pioneer and Victorian homes and commercial buildings in Texas. Stroll the grounds and discover what life was like over 100 years ago for ordinary Texans. Exit at Cedars Station.

Perot Museum of Nature and Science – Stimulate your curiosity by visiting this revolutionary museum. Five floors house 11 permanent exhibit halls containing state-of-the-art video and 3D computer animation with thrilling, life-like simulations that allow you to exercise your brains through hands-on activities, interactive kiosks and educational games. Hop off at West End Station.

The Old Red Museum – Built in 1892, the beautifully restored Old Red Courthouse contains some of Dallas County’s most fascinating historical artifacts. There is also a satellite office with more brochures of things to do in Dallas, than you can do in a lifetime. Exit at West End Station.

Park Lane Equestrian – Uniquely located in the heart of North Dallas, Dallas Equestrian is dedicated to serving riders of all skill levels from advanced competition to intermediate training to first-time beginners. Get off at Park Lane Station.

Texas Discovery Gardens – Located at historic Fair Park in Dallas, Texas Discovery Gardens is a year-round organic urban oasis filled with natural wonders for visitors of all ages. Stop off at Fair Park Station.
