If you enjoy electronic music, you’re in for a treat.

Ishi, an artist so unique you’ll need to see him live, is coming to Dallas this weekend to debut music from his upcoming EP release “Juno.”

Gather your friends and head to Trees in Deep Ellum on September 17 for the concert, which begins at 7 pm. All ages are welcome, and tickets are $16 in advance, $20 at the door.

“Juno” is said to feature a collection of songs that range from funk, nu disco, and indie rock “bathed in the gospel of such artists like Prince and LCD Sound System,” according to Kick Kick Snare.

The title track “came about with our obsession with Roland gear,” Ishi said. “Its infectious groove inspired us to write about the fascination of being in love.”

This event is going to be a blast, and you won’t want to miss an evening of cool jams and great company.
