Summer Pimento Cheese Dip

What is summer without backyard parties, picnics and seasonal eats?? Local caterer Cynthia Cathcart (founder of Cafe Danielle Catering and Events) whipped up a summer pimento cheese recipe for you to impress guests with this summer. It’s effortless and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pimentos
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapenos with juice
  • 2 cups mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes 6 cups.

This dip can be used for grilled cheese sandwiches, as a spread for crackers, or served with veggies.
