Start summer on a high note at Canal Fest this Saturday in Irving, Texas!  Canal Fest returns for another year of fun, food, music, and culture. Set along the beautiful Mandalay Canal, this festival includes a local art exhibit, cultural dance displays, a variety of activities and attractions, live music, a food court, and much more.

Chill out along the beautiful canal and take in a performance by Texas Female Vocalist of the Year, Bri Bagwell; or watch hula, African or belly dancing. Clowns, street performers and magicians will also take the stage to wow people of all ages.  If the waters of Lake Carolyn beckon, you can rent a pedal boat or paddle board or let one of Irving’s own authentic Venetian-style gondoliers do the steering – and the singing.  Food trucks will provide everything from cold desserts to cultural fare, leaving no excuse to leave!
