Zagat Announces Dallas’ First 30 Under 30 Winners

Zagat’s 30 Under 30 is a list of city’s top 30 up-and-coming culinary industry superstars redefining the way we eat, drink and interact with food and beverages across the U.S. – all before their 30th birthdays. This is the first time Zagat’s 30 Under 30 is honoring these game changers making waves in the local dining scene in Dallas.

The selection process begins with a callout on the Zagat.com, seeking nominations from Zagat’s followers and restaurant industry leaders. Once the nomination period ended, a team of Zagat editors reviews the nominations and curates the list of honorees. Zagat editors anticipate these men and women will be among the next generation of superstars in the culinary industry.

Recently, Zagat revealed the 2016 Dallas 30 Under 30 list, recognizing top thirty up-and-coming restaurant industry professionals in Dallas and here they are:
