Texas Scratch Kitchen Now Open in the Pavilion Center
Texas Scratch Kitchen is now open in the Pavilion Center next to Inwood Village, bringing traditional Texas dishes in a comfortable, welcoming setting. Founded by Tim and Nathan Brasher, partners in the Desert Streams Restaurant Group the restaurant is created with the neighborhood in mind with a menu suited for any taste and an inviting atmosphere.
The menu at Texas Scratch Kitchen focuses on bold flavors and dishes that both are comforting and reminiscent of home cooked meals at family gatherings. With signature items including Ginger Kissed Wild Salmon, Gulf Coast Thanksgiving, Texas Braised BBQ Beef Short Ribs, Pesto Crusted Pork T-Bone and TSK Chicken Fried Steak, guests will have a wide variety of options to choose from, whether they are looking to indulge in a hearty meal or a light shareable dish. Texas Scratch Kitchen will also offer a broad selection of salads, burgers, and appetizers at both lunch and dinner.
The cozy interior seats 75 and offers an inviting atmosphere where guests can order a warm meal, catch up with friends over a glass of wine or enjoy time with family. Hues of blue and grey adorn the seats and walls, with a bar featuring local beers and an impressive wine and champagne list.
