Murphy Craft Beer Fest
Brewvolution, LLC (founders of Big Texas Beer Fest) have teamed up with the City of Murphy to product their newest event, Tunes, Tails and Ales. This event lands at Murphy Central Park, directly east of Plano on Saturday, May 14. It combines a craft beer sampling with a crawfish boil, free concert with headliner Rise & Shine, and kids’ activities ranging from bounces houses and face painting to a root beer tasting challenge and the Murphy splash pad.
In addition to award-winning beers from 35 different breweries, the festival will also feature local food trucks, and a handful of local vendors serving up their wares. Attendees don’t necessarily have to attend the craft beer sampling area to taste some of the local crafts, as you’ll also be able to purchase canned beers at the event.
A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will benefit local 501(c)3 charity, the Murphy Chamber Scholarship Fund which provides scholarship funds for outstanding Murphy graduates who are college-bound.
