Silver Fox has long been recognized as a great neighborhood steakhouse, and this year, they’ve chosen to celebrate the Mom in every neighborhood with a spectacular Mother’s Day Menu.  On Sunday, May 8, Silver Fox will offer a special three-course Mother’s Day meal from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.  The three-course feast features a collection of favorites, and is $47.95 per person and $16.95 for children under 12.

First Course

Salad

our award-winning signature salad prepared with crispy green apple slices, Wisconsin blue cheese, toasted pecans and field greens laced with our housemade vinaigrette

Wedge Salad

crisp iceberg lettuce topped with blue cheese, applewood smoked bacon, chopped green onion and beefsteak tomato

fresh tender stalks simmered with thyme in rich chicken broth and puréed

Roasted Tenderloin

in roasted shallot thyme veal demi-glace with whipped potatoes and asparagus

Pommery Salmon

with pommery mustard cream sauce, wild rice and roasted Brussels sprouts

Roasted Game Hen

with roasted red pepper sauce, served with roasted baby carrots, Broccolini and Boursin mashed potatoes

Texas Pecan Cake

crushed pecans & shredded coconut in a moist white cake, layered with whipped cream frosting studded with candied pecans

Mandarin Orange Cake

satsuma mandarin orange segments & crushed pineapples, folded into moist vanilla cake, layered with a vanilla whipped cream frosting
