WorkHacker Spring 2016 Digital Marketing Work Conference
The purpose of WorkHacker is to educate students, current digital workers, and those seeking opportunities in digital marketing. It will also help attendees become more informed about the digital marketing space in the shortest possible amount f time, and to find better opportunities in an ever changing marketplace. Topics focus on personal branding, passion, finding the right fit, and elevating opportunities through various certifications demanded by various digital hiring entities.
WorkHacker will have legendary marketer Jim McIngvale as the morning keynote speaker. This is a talk you won’t want to miss.
An ancillary purpose is to help businesses connect with talent in the area. Currently there is a negative unemployment rate in digital marketing. Persons with as little as 6 months job experience are able to “leap up” to better paying jobs. This has left a gap in entry-level experienced digital marketers needed to serve a variety of small businesses, enterprises, start-ups, and agencies.
