Whole Foods Market presents the Dallas Observer Iron Fork, a grand tasting event that will take place next month at Centennial Hall at Fair Park. During the event, attendees will enjoy tastings from local restaurants, alongside wine, beer and cocktail samplings, and the Chef Challenge, Moderated by Restaurateur Kent Rathbun.
