Medieval Times – SPRING BREAK!!!

With the massive popularity of fantasy card games like Dungeons and Dragons, invented in the 1970s, and the popularity of recent TV shows like ‘Game of Thrones’, as well as countless films, Americans can’t get enough of the Middle Ages.

The Middle Ages were a unique time that some may even wish were still here. There is such a draw to this era, that some build faux villages and reenact period dramas on the weekend out in the woods. For kids it’s a different story. Seeing in real life only what they have seen in Saturday morning cartoons – horses, kings and queens, princesses, and knight games, is a dream come true!

In case you’re unfamiliar, Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament is a family-oriented establishment that, on the outside resembles an 11th century castle. On the inside of this castle they hold nightly dinner theater shows featuring staged medieval-style games, sword-fighting, and jousting performed by a cast of 75 actors and more than 20 horses.

Medieval Times has nine locations nationwide, with one right here in Dallas, located at 2021 N Stemmons Fwy. We’ve been told they are having some major discounts leading up to and during this Spring Break.
