The most acclaimed dining room in Las Colinas will offer a Valentine’s Day feast the entire week surrounding the romantic holiday. Beginning on February 6 and running through February 14, Cool River Café will offer a three course menu for couples at $135 per couple. The meal includes:

III Forks Salad with Danish bleu cheese, green apples, pecans & maple vinaigrette
Caesar Salad with sliced Parmesan and house-made croutons
Soup du Jour

Entrée:
Filet & Lobster Thermidor:  Two filet mignon, each with lobster tail filled with lobster mixed with fresh herbs and béchamel sauce and then broiled. Served with grilled broccolini and black truffle butter mashed red potatoes.

Dessert:
Neapolitan Italian Cream Cake with raspberry balsamic chocolate dipped strawberries
