Thursday Nights are Free at Nasher Sculpture Center
The Nasher Sculpture Center is a remarkable example of Dallas art and culture. The 55,000-square-foot building houses a collection of masterpieces including 11 Matisse sculptures, 7 Picasso, 4 Miro, and Giacomette with 13 sculptures. Nasher sits on one and a half-acre sculpture garden that includes more than 170 trees, pools, fountains, and around 25 large-scale sculptures.
Every Thursday Nasher opens their doors to the public by providing Free admission to their patrons. Get over there and build up your appreciation for modern and contemporary sculpture and have a relaxing dinner overlooking the fountains at the Nasher café.
